sizes... i suggest go as big as possible 1600x1200 More ppl will want ur wallie then) but try to get at least 1280x800 for wide screen go 1440x900 or 1280x920(not sure double check this one)

Lol don't feel bad, as a first wallpaper it's pretty good. I'm not that good with photoshop either, I've only made signatures (click the SPOILERS link under my comment) so I'm still pretty inexperienced. Keep it up, I'm expecting great things from you =)
